From the day I stepped foot in this great place, I have had nothing but a great experience. The beautiful people that run the school and are TM teachers have always made me feel welcome and have offered their help. Learning Transcendental Meditation is one of the best things I've ever done. TM is the reason I've been able to make some great changes with myself (more tolerating, calmer, less stressed and happier) and therefore I am able to be more focused on challenges in my life and have the energy to take those challenges. I definitely recommend TM for everyone.

The thought of meditation had always seemed daunting, however, learning transcendental meditation has truly been an effortless and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Mustafa Nuristani as an instructor; not only is he an understanding and patient teacher, his passion and enthusiasm ensures classes are interesting and engaging. For anyone who has wanted to learn meditation or felt they couldn’t possibly learn to meditate, transcendental meditation is for you! It’s easy and effective. You’ll ask yourself, why didn’t I do this sooner?

I have tried a number of different types of meditations in the past, and always struggled with it, and felt like it was forced at times. I found TM working the best for me, and this course was a great investment for my husband and I. Our teacher Mustafa Nuristani was really awesome. I found the way he taught the class, and answered all our questions was with a great amount of patience. And I never felt judged no matter how silly my questions might have sounded to me. His knowledge is great and he explains it clearly to us - giving us a range of examples to ensure we fully understand. I would recommend this course to everyone who is seeking a more fulfilling life. I can't praise it enough.

Loving the Transcendental Meditation and the extra programs available through the Reservoir Centre. I have now done knowledge days as well as the weekend residence course, which are great. The Friday evening with Ros and regular Sunday sessions, together with the extra programs are just the thing to maintain my practice. Feeling good.

Thanks to my sister, I have recently reconnected with and practice Transcendental Meditation. I have been attending the Ladies group meditation on a Friday evening with a gentle teacher at the lovely, peaceful Maharishi school in Reservoir. I feel a calmness and a sense of peace, particularly being in a group meditation with other lovely women of all ages and backgrounds.
