Gerard was referred by my brother who was doing a great job for his property. He was punctual and very professional. Helped us to control pest both inside and outside the house including our garage. He did applied a gel to get rid of the German cockroaches from the kitchen, which has been very effective. Highly recommended.

We've used Gerard twice for general pest spraying and are very satisfied with his professionalism, integrity, quality of service and value for money. After the first spray in 2018 there was a noticeable and sustained decrease in the cockroaches and spiders population. We've recently had him spray again for ticks. Gerard is a great source of knowledge about pest control and he gave us some great tips. We highly recommend him.

Gerard is brilliant! I found a rat scurrying across my kitchen floor and nearly died. Rang Gerard in desperation the next morning and despite the fact it was his day off and his calendar was booked, he said he'd come around that day and sort it out. He turned up later that day and worked out where the rats were coming from within minutes - this guy knows his stuff. He checked out the whole outside of the house and up in the roof as well and laid baits where they were needed. He was very aware we had a dog and made sure that the baits didn't pose a danger to the dog which was obviously very important to us. On that note, he was super-nice to our dog and our dog now was whimpering when he left. Honestly could not fault this guy - he was helpful, knowledgeable, reassuring, genuine and just a nice guy. Oh yes, and he also provides a 12 month guarantee so we know we're looked after if the rat/s does make a reappearance. Micropest is also much cheaper than the other places we checked out. They wanted to charge us for multiple visits to 're-fill' the bait traps. Gerard told us this was a con and all you need to do is put enough bait in the first time to ensure that you don't run out. Simple!
