It is with pleasure that I commend Reece and his team for our Solar Solution. Rather than installing the panels on the front of our house, we wanted to explore whether they could be installed on a large shed which is 30m or so remote from our house. Reece worked through all of the options with us and then took design and build responsibility for the whole project, including trenching and cabling to the shed, with minimal disruption during installation. We now have a large-capacity solution with high quality workmanship and no intrusion to the visual aspects of the front of our house. Exactly what we were hoping for.

Total Solar Solutions were outstanding from a to z.

Reece and his team were polite and professional. Reece communicated via email initially and then cam around for a site inspection. He was the only installer (out of four) who actually had a look at the roof and other aspects of the installation. We felt confident that someone who is genuinely interested in this and is not just a salesperson would deliver a good end product.

We were not disappointed! TSS's communication, installation and service were flawless. The entire installation was done in a day and the follow-up (inspection, registration etc) was hassle free so far.

We would absolutely recommend Reece and his team to fiends and family.

My experience with Total Solar Solutions has been extremely professional compared to another solar company we originally got a quote from.
From the very start they were very helpful and happy to answer any questions i had.
On the day of the install the team turned up on time and even though it was a complicated job on a double story and on multiple faces they were very polite and did a fantastic job.

Incredible results from a very professional outfit.

We got a 5.44kW system installed on our roof in June 2019. Right from my first interaction with Luke from Total Solar Solutions I knew we were in good hands. Very human, very relatable, and they don't bother with the gross sales tactics of other companies like "sign right now and we'll give you 15% off!".

Luke sat with me and discussed the quality of the products we were installing (LG panels & Fronius inverter), and very clearly broke down the payback period for the system, not only looking at how much energy we were using but also at what times during the day.

The team, led by Reece, that came out to install were polite, efficient, and always took the time to answer any questions I had. We are extremely happy with the system installed and would highly recommend Total Solar Solutions to anyone looking to get solar.

Very knowledgeable and helpful crew who can deliver a quality solar system for a reasonable price. They helped install a 6kW LG and Fronius system (to replace an old 1kW system) on a double-story terracotta roof.
