  Great value solar company that deserves a slight break from the criticism. The past few months have been a very busy time for all installers and auditors given the Vic government incentives. I shopped around for weeks and found Sunterra to be the best value for the system I wanted (6.6kw Jinko + 5kw fronius inverter). The contractor they went with was very professional and friendly. A couple weeks later the independent auditor came and gave it the green light for connection into the grid. Very seamless experience - highly recommended. Daniel from Sunterra was very friendly and professional to deal with.

  Was very happy with the sales. The price was great for a 6.6kw system with a 5kw fronius and Jinko panels. Unfortunately as soon as the deposit was paid things didn't progress as smoothly as I would of liked. There was I hold up on the inverter due to an apparent nation wide shortage. That was fine but due to their lack of communication, I found myself ringing up every few weeks or so for updates as no one would ever contact me as promised. Installation went well and the system performs better than expected. But I'm still waiting for the paper work which will allow me to export to the grid. Again I have to call and email to try and get things moving. Still waiting for everything to be finalised, it's been 3 months!!!! Very unhappy!!!

  Sales team was super nice when they try to get your business. But once it’s done ! It’s the worst customer service. . No One explained to you what so been installed and what so ever !! Very bad service !! I called few times to ask for something. JACOB just hang up on me ! He was super nice when before I paid deposit !!! Very disappointed !

  I paid deposit as they promised to install solar. no up date , no phone call so far. When I ring them, they say we running out of inverters and getting them in future. They don’t even know when are they getting.very poor customer service, when I ask further details admin lady hung up the phone and didnt take my call back, never recommend for anyone. poor service and unreliable. 👎👎👎.

  When they want your business, the sales team can come to you everyday if that is what it takes to get your business. Once the system is installed, they will be in another planet. No one will brief you what has been done, no one will tell you how to monitor your system, you haven't a clue whether the system is actually working as promised in their sales talk. When you think there is a problem, you can yell until your throat breaks, all will be fallen onto deaf ears
