Really impressed by this team. I've not had to specify and quote cranes and overhead lifting requirements before. Scott and the team took the time to guide me through all the prerequisites and gave me a real understanding of the solutions required. (made me look like an expert to my boss)
3 months after installation ( 2x Jib and 1 x 8 meter gantry) - I couldn't be more pleased with the project. Their knowledge, the project management and installation crew were top notch. A fantastic experience. They weren't the cheapest, but they were a long way from the most expensive. I could not have asked for a better experience.response / report this review -

Scott and the team at Total Hoists and Cranes are great to deal with. Quick and efficient response to all queries, pricing, service and installation. I would totally recommend them to any prospective customer, a Tip Top team.

We would like to thank Scott, Sean and the team at Total Hoists and Cranes for their professionalism and expertise shown during the restoration and installation of our existing 10T crane.
Competitive pricing, excellent customer service, would highly recommend if looking for a new crane, modification to an existing or servicing and repairs.
