  Picked up a brake booster for my territory with the help of Byron, was warned that it had a fair amount of brake fluid leakage and may be damaged, but was desperate so bought it anyway, turned out to be too far gone, called up 2 weeks later to inquire about a refund, explained the issue and was refunded that day with no arguments and fantastic customer service, you have definitely gained a return customer.

  Brilliant service (from Shane in particular). I ordered a pair of rear garnish lights (the lights on the tailgate) as we had one broken and I was worried about colour match on a 10+ year old part. Both arrived, one was sadly damaged in transit. Sent a photo via email, got a call within the hour and they offered to immediately send a replacement, no questions asked.
  
  When I explained I had only ordered both for colour match, and the good one was the one I needed was fine (both colour matched and was undamaged), immediately processed a refund for me for the broken light.
  
  I would absolutely buy from this business again.

  One of my first calls to source used parts. If city parts don't have it onsite they can get it with their wreckers support online. Great team fast and professional.
