Stop searching gents for the right joint and just go here.

Been going to tip top now for the last few months and man are they good. Been all over Keilor Rd and surrounding suburbs, these guys are by far the best and best priced (bonus!). Mark the owner is a legend, highly recommended (and im a fussy fussy dude when it comes to hair cuts).
