Large amount of seating and reasonable outdoor space. Beverage list is super limited compared to other places in the area. That said if you are looking for a casual local pub and don't mind what you drink too much, then this is a good place.

Went to have dinner with 25 friends on Sunday evening. Wrong meals came out and meals were missed. When we asked to speak to the "manager" and I use that term loosely, after he came to our table, he told our friend, who was making the complaint, to lower his voice. After much two and froing, we all ended up being told to f off out of his "pub". We were seated in the bistro mind you. This man, who refused to give his name has no people skills at all and has no business being a so called "manager". Don't bother going to the Victoria unless you want to be verbally abused and told to f. off and yes, that was to us women as well as our husbands. Food is overpriced anyway and not worth the money. 1 star was only because I couldn't post without clicking on a star rating.

Sunday 12 June 2016. Part of a group of 25 people. When no-one would claim an order (because it was not ours),The waiter threw the plate of food on the table saying 'you sort it out!' ..when we complained, the Manager told us to 'calm down! you speak too loud, I'm calling the police..get out of the hotel'. Some of the party who did not receive their meals, were not refunded. When we rang the Police, they said he had the right to evict anybody without having to justify why? Would not recommend this establishment if you do not wish to be verbally abused and sworn at by the Manager. If anybody before has been treated in this fashion, please notify the Warrnambool Police, as they were not interested in the 25 witnesses who were the butt of the managers bad behaviour.
The one Star is for the young female waitress and chefs who we could see were appalled at what was going on.

Firstly the atmosphere is light, warm and inviting. The beer garden is a beautiful setting and lovely place to sit under the umbrellas if needed. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The meals are amazing - close to the best eye fillet I have ever had. Tuscan chicken was great also. Finished off with a sticky date pudding and copious amounts of wine from the impressive and extensive wine list. A more up-market and stylish pub. Prepared to pay a little more for the hospitality and amazing meals. Will be back regularly.
