An absolute delight. Started at the garden bar which is idylically set up with a small wooden clad bar and many options for seating to take in the late afternoon sunshine. Inside we were treated to incredible food. The flavours and freshness of ingredients was sublime. The chef deserves 3 hats! The service and atmosphere was amazing. Wine selection was fabulous too. Thank you.

An easy 5. Everything we got from food to service was absolute perfection. Went for dinner and got the olives, meat safe, faro risotto, duck, cheese plate and pavlova. Incredibly beautiful presentation paired with out of this world flavour. The wait staff were attentive, friendly, highly professional and charming. One of the best eating out experiences my wife and I have ever had.

Just had the most gorgeous meal at Merrijig Kitchen. The steak was perfectly cooked and presented. The desserts were gorgeous and the staff we're attentive without being invasive. Props as well to the staff at Basalt Wines for the recommendation (and the booking!)
