Very fast and efficient service - knew exactly what he was doing. Great person and very informative in relation to the low land eastern brown he just caught in my backyard! I am still shaking and he and his lovely daughter were so calm. Great people - again Thankyou so much - he probably saved my dog from getting bitten tonight! 5 STAR SERVICE - would highly recommend.

I highly recommend The Snake Hunter. After my dogs found a tiger snake in our yard I called Mark and he was there in 30 minutes. He quickly and calmly located the snake and removed the snake. Very relieved to see it gone!

We were very lucky to have not have to use Mark to remove a venomous snake, but to have him make time to come and help us with our lovely new pet, Noodles the Albino Darwin Python.

We are new to a pet snake and wanted to feel more confident handling our new addition in a way that was confident, safe and positive.

Mark was relatable for us, using analogies that were familiar to us with what we’re used to, and he was super friendly, professional and more importantly, he gave us SO much more confidence within a very short time frame.

I feel so much more educated about her and her body language and her needs, as well as confident to know that there’s someone to speak to who is knowledgeable and passionate if we have any concerns or questions.

We would happily give Mark a call if we had any questions!

Thanks Mark for coming to the rescue and collecting a tiger snake from under my mum's front steps. Mark and his trusty canine partner star 🌟 had it all sorted very quickly. Mark was professional, knowledgeable and was at our place with 15 minutes. Mark was happy to talk with us about the snake and how he catches them and works so well with star. My two excited boys got to ask questions and grab a few photos. A great community service provided. Highly recommend. Thanks Mark and Star. My mum said she would give you 6 stars if she could.

Such a quick response time and such a quick catch of an Eastern Brown hiding under our A/C box. Very impressive!! Also gave us some good advice RE our dogs, who we are monitoring for any signs of having been bitten as they were the ones who found the snake!
