My dental life saver :) they did what they promised plus a lot more. I had an amazing challenge With teeth . I had braces 15 years ago back in home in Brazil. 15 years later I decided to fix it again

Very happy with the result, friendly easy going people .
My special thank to Dr Roy and Holly and of course all staff.

I always recommend my latino community to you guys.

Price ? I never wanted to know about price, I just wanted a solution for my case :) .

This place feels like a noisy station, or maybe more as a butchery given the dress code of the doctors in white.
Rush in rush out, no consulting process, ripped off by a rate that equates to more than $10/minute without value. It was like you "know braces, you have seen rubbers", we do this and can charge you even more money as we are simply a factory. Oh yes and when we have the braces and it may not work, we can do extractions.. We should have walked out straight away given the gloomy atmosphere of this place as we really did not feel comfortable.

Worst treatment of clients. Second appointment turned to just photo taking session. While appointment was with Dr. ROY. Waste of time. When i requested meeting with him and expressed my frustration, he just responded that he never had this time scheduled and that he has 5 clients waiting for him this is Perth that how we do things, was his answer. Amazing answer.

Just noticed below reply to my review. It is sad they took path of lie and throwing mud. Sad. Simple appology would have been right response.

The quality of work here is amazing! Staff are always so friendly and accommodating and incredibly knowledgeable. I had to have braces again after knocking out a tooth this year and the process was so smooth and easy.
