Absolutely fantastic clinic and received great service from Dr Perera and the team at Joondalup Smiles.

I have avoided going to the Dentist for over 3 years in part due to not finding a Dentist I have been happy with but I think I have found a regular dentist. Top quality service with thorough explanations and justification for the work that needs to be done at an affordable price makes Joondalup Smiles a must visit for your Dental work

One of the best clinic that I have ever visited. With braces on I found it's so difficult for me to clean it properly by myself. The team is so friendly and Dr. Silas is amazing to guild me through carefully how to take care of my teeth and how to clean it properly at home with braces. Thanks you so much for your help. Would definitely come back every 6 months. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

they advertised a gap free promo which was suppose to include -scrape/clean,polish ,fluoride treatment and xrays supposedly all covered by private cover .NO GAP.I got a scrape and xrays ,nothing else ,not even a cup of mouthwash to rinse at the end.During the proceedure the nurse dropped a tool on the floor and just picked it up and put it back on the tray.So when i politely queried the dentist why none of the stuff was done ,he was trying to sell me veneers,so i paid up and left.I didnt get a receipt ,but had a gut feeling something wasnt right.So when i checked my gapsaver at hbf ,they had used $78 dollars of it.So its not gap free.HBF said i had been mislead by the promo.So rang the dentist ,of course i was in the wrong.So anyway the manager called me and had every excuse under the sun,didnt believe me about no receiving the other advertised treatments etc ,but i insisted i wanted my gapsaver back to which she agreed to.6 weeks later and a few calls to them ,still no refund.They told me 3 times it had been paid back to HBF,but it hadnt because HBF was keeping in touch with me about it and they hadnt heard from then.Eventually on the 7 weeks after an un polite phone call i got my gap saver back.I would avoid this place big time.

I experienced rude admin, a 'casual' doctor, and uncommon product range; including very brief information from the doctor whom did not even explain anything other than the minor details about the procedure in question and wanted to get straight down to it when we were only there for a consultation only; as explained to the doctor earlier. I Would highly suggest going to more professional Doctors/Plastic Surgeons for such types of enhancements regarding cosmetic surgery.

Highly recommend. I visited the clinic for a cosmetic procedure recently and was blown away with the service provided. The cosmetic doctor was very friendly and extremely professional and talked me through everything. It was a pain free procedure and have since booked in for other treatments. The reception staff were also very warm and welcoming. Overall it was a positive experience!

I recently had a few fillings. Dr Eranki was excellent. Like most people, I have a fear of visiting the dentist however after my experience at House of Smiles, I will be visiting the dentist more often. Their prices are very reasonable too. Would highly recommend House of Smiles to anyone looking for a dentist.
