  I couldn’t be happier with my new letterbox. The quality is first class and the finished product is beautiful. The lady in the office was lovely and very helpful. I would highly recommend buying your next letterbox from The Letterbox Man.

  Buying sight unseen you feel a bit nervous but I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product and the prompt, pleasant service. Highly recommend.

  RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE- I called ask for the price, told me will call me back then come back the day after saying I gave him a hardtime, go somewhere else and hang up, They dont have patience for customer service, that’s why they stressing as having less job!

  Absolutely fantastic service, the product was custom made for us and far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend and will use again. Thank you very much i wish i had the pleasure to deal with this company more often, unfortunately our need for custom letter boxes is not very regular. Thank you very much.

  I found the Letterbox Man online, placed an order and had a response within 2 days. My custom made letterbox was crafted and underwent quality control and delivered to my house in NSW promptly via post. Christine in the their office was prompt, efficient and a pleasure to deal with, both online and by phone. I now have my new letterbox and I couldn't be happier.
