I have been indirectly involved in my work with Famaso on a particular project about Floor Care for a shopping Centre. I was initially approached by the shopping centre management to advise them about floor restorations. Famaso was engaged to carry out the floor works, therefore i saw first hand the engagement, communications level and high service level and QA system used by the Famaso team. At the end of the project the client was pleased with the result and from my perspective they did a great job and achieved the desired result.
