  Terrible management.
  ONGOING THEFT ISSUES inside the building: they've broken into a car (in private car parking space), storage cages, basement levels, mailbox in lobby and even a fire stair door has been forced.

  An easy to spot unique building on the edge of St Kilda. Certainly known by every cabbie as all I said was the “LEGO house” in St Kilda and no further explanation was required.
  
  Inside the rooms are modern and clean and the view from my room was excellent. There are restaurants and a handy little kebab shop a short walk up the road. Over the road is the entrance to Albert Park.
  
  Definitely worth staying at - at least once.

  Tight, small carparking spaces. Located at The Junction (6+ road intersection, plus tram lines). No double glazing. VERY loud. Poor window coverings, to keep out light. Bathroom layout tight/confined (shower doors hit toilets). Can only access the building from limited roads/streets.

  Good location near to amenities. Clean and tidy. Slightly small though.
