Dr tsai is exactly that a SPECIAList. He goes above and beyond for you before you’ve even entered the chair. He is welcoming, calm and thoughtful. His team talk you through the whole process and the nurses that work along side him are even more calming she even wiped my tear when I started to cry. I can’t speak more highly of the practice and his staff it’s a very close knit practice and they’re all very supportive and enthusiastic. Thank you all so much !

Dr Tsai was recommended to me by my dentist and it was a completely straight forward process of getting a new graft. The staff are always friendly. During my procedure having a hand to hold was great
Dr Tsai also understood I lead a very active lifestyle and gave me some tips on how to return to activities
Dr Tsai also gave me their number to catch up if I had any questions over the weekend after the procedure
Donna is a superstar and a warm friendly voice on the other end of the line
My first visit which was a consultation I hadn’t had the chance to eat lunch and ended up looking quite pale so Donna and the team gave me some chocolates to boost me up which was fantastic and I have always been appreciative of this

I returned to see Paul recently to check on the condition of my gums after surgery in 2017 and 2018. Paul was delighted to see me and very excited to discover the condition of my gums after 4/5 years. My gums still feel good and there is no evidence of recession after the surgery. Paul and his staff made me feel very welcome, it was a very positive part of my day. Paul and his team work to a high standard and are very proud of what they can achieve for the wellbeing of their patients.
