End of last year I emailed the firm for a small vehicle case. No reply was given and after several days I called their office to ask whether they received my email. Rude receptionist told me they were moving offices and that she could not check for me whether my email was received. However, she told me she would leave a note to contact me back. I was like: fine! Can’t do much while moving offices apparently. Unfortunately, that was the end of any contact. No response was ever given.

Worst law firm! At least an email that you won’t take my case would have been appreciated. Especially after I sought contact multiple times.

We are very pleased with the outcome. Michelle Rockliff has been really professional and responsive. She was able to recover all the outstanding debts for us. We will not hesitate to recommend her and her practice to others.

I got in touch with them last year, seeking advice over a shareholders dispute.
Since the beginning I've been clear on my intention: close the case (give away my shares ) ASAP with less damage as possible and start working again with a new company ASAP.
As they knew I was ready to give my shares away for free in exchange of a good deal for starting work immediately for a new company.
They advised me that I could do that, but I should also change strategy, because according to them I could get a better result in just 2 or 3 weeks and they were able to "force them (the other partners)" to buy my shares against their will.
They assured me it was a very easy thing to do, a standard procedure, even if i let them know since the beginning about the situation and the intention of the other business partners to make troubles.
The lawyer who was following my case seemed very secure of his points, I decided to listen to him and follow their advices/strategy.
The "2/3 weeks", became a month, then 2 months, then 9 months.
    - My company has lost the value that had last year,
    - I am still one of the main shareholder (none of them has been sold),
    - I've lost months of work because I had to remain stuck ( and unpaid) in my previous job role for months.

By the end of 2020 I received an email with their final fee, and I was a bit surprised, not for the invoice itself, but because the email basically was saying "we haven't received further instruction from you, so our job is done".
Actually, I paid a lawyer for helping me to get out from that company ASAP, I was ready to give away my shares for nothing and they told me to do "their way".
And at the end, are they really telling me that they were expecting instruction from me?
If I knew what to do I wouldn't have paid a lawyer. They should tell me what to do, especially when they have worsen my position creating more damage than benefit (by fact, zero benefit and more damage) for myself.
All this story has been a complete failure since the beginning.
I alway been polite and patient in these 9 months. Considering this is not my job I let them do their job, but since i have expressed my concern via email and they didn't even care to get back to me (after I paid my final bill), I thought at least sharing my story could save someone else to fall in the same situation.

    Stay away.

Cristian was extremely responsive, knowledgable and efficient in helping me purchase my first apartment. Despite facing a rather unusual and unique scenario from the vendor/tenant side, Cristian was able to negotiate in my best interests to secure a great deal!
