I was an attendee at a wedding there, the location was convenient for those staying at Bawley Point and the scenery wonderful. The venue was also great.

Best surprise ever! Heading south to Bawley Point for a weekend, we were heading to the unknown. We packed our dog and swimmers, the esky filled with nice cheese and fine wine and headed off for a lovely drive from Sydney to Bawley. Arriving at Bawley Bush Cottages we were greeted by the friendly hosts, given the key for the Chef's Cottage and in we went. Wow. Luxury Bush Cottages would be a better name. With no neighbours in sight - even though the retreat was full that weekend - we enjoyed a great weekend with friends. Stunningly beautiful bush, the best star-gazing, a fully equipped cottage, with enough room and privacy for each couple - and we took our dog! He had a ball too. Highlights: 5 min drive to the gorgeous beaches, coming back to the cottage after a magical swim and showering under the hot outdoor shower; cooking in the fully equipped kitchen; sleeping in a king size 5 star hotel-quality bed; walks with our friends and dogs; no neighbours in sight.
Can't wait to go back - best place to unwind and relax. And can't wait to take the kids next time!response / report this review -

BAD NEWS, we've received a $112 over charge on the credit card for cleaning our cottage which I clearly remember leaving in good order. Not happy about that. Its an additional 33% on the price! Be warned.
