  Over the past six months I’ve had the absolute pleasure of constructing the D95 Firebrick Oven. This was a significant undertaking as I have limited building experience, but the whole process was made incredibly easy with clear, step by step instructions via the videos online and the instruction manual which I could download while waiting for the kit to arrive. I had a couple of queries that were quickly responded to by phone and dealing with the Firebrick team was always a pleasure.
  It has been an incredibly satisfying build. It has turned an ugly corner of the yard into place we are always drawn to.
  Our oven is now the pride and joy of our backyard and we have so many friends wanting to share it with us. We absolutely love it!

  We had always dreamt of building one of these and it took ages to find the right company and product. Once we found The Fire Brick Co. though, we never looked back. Andrew did all the work, the kids and I helped a little and really enjoyed being part of the process. We bought the largest oven - the D130 - because we love cooking for friends and family, and we also operate a B&B where we hope to use it for guests too. The kit was great, even got it delivered to our home in regional NSW without any issues.
  The kit was also really well explained with videos on line that we could view ahead of receiving the kit to be sure we knew what we were doing. It also came with a printed guide that was incredibly useful to have too. The videos are really, really good - they told us what we needed to know, what to be aware of and what not to do. We also want to particularly say a huge thanks to the team at Fire Brick Co. for being so helpful when we did have questions, despite all their great information. Sometimes you just need to talk to someone to check you are on the right track, and they were very, very helpful. Really appreciate every aspect of dealing with them and we LOVE the oven. Still work to do finishing the area around the oven for us, but the oven has been working hard for us already and has been at the heart of some great events with family and friends. Highly recommend.

  I can't say enough good things about this Pizza Oven and the amazing attention to every detail by Ben. I did my research for the best looking and well made ovens and there was no surpassing Melbourne Fire Brick Company's products. They just looked better and more well built than any others. I had an existing oven that I needed to demolish and build the oven in a new location.
  
  The instruction videos are great, the quality of the product is fantastic and the result is even better.
  
  Watch the videos, enjoy the process and pay close attention to everything Ben says in those videos and the result will be awesome. My photos are attached of it finished to 95% - I still have to put penny round tiles around my oven to put the final touch to it.
  
  My pizza oven gets used at least once a week - We love making pizza. Building your oven is the first step - learning how to make great pizza is a life long journey. Getting better at the doughs (only use fresh yeast is my tip and graduate slowly to 70% water when you start to get a bit better at hand strecthing) and cooking the best pizzas. We hand out pizzas over the fence to our neighbours on PIzza nights

  Whilst I live in Perth, never really considered going anywhere else. After spending plenty of time going over the designs on the website and working through the extensive instructional videos online, The Fire Brick Co was really the only place to go. Brilliant product delivered to my door, great project to complete, high-quality customer support right through the build (phone and email - never too much trouble for the lads to get back to you to answer your question). Having loads of fun cooking in it now and massive value add to the home. Friends and family love it and really gives the wow factor. Would absolutely recommend.

  Before purchasing our woodfired oven, I spent many hours (months) looking online and visiting showrooms in Sydney. Whilst searching online, Fire Brick Company came up with videos on YouTube, so I started watching them and was so impressed by the level of detail provided. I called them with a few questions, both Ben and Jeremy were extremely helpful, nothing was ever a bother and gave you as much information and time that I required. After being spooked by the other suppliers pushing for them to build for you in stark contrast Fire Brick Company gave me the confidence to give it a go myself and I absolutely enjoyed the building process as much as I love cooking in it. If I had room for another I'd definitely do it all over again. Highly recommended you will not be disappointed.
