Quite centrally located Caravan Park, within walking distance to the beach and centre of town. Second hand books available to exchange or purchase. Not a large place but the sites were a good size with power, water and a drain. We were close to the amenities which were clean. Had bins for different types of recyclable materials. Would stay there again.

Ticks all the boxes. Well located good sized sites. Well laid out. Clean and considering its locationclose to the portit was reasonably quiet. Tracy was a pleasure to deal with.

Great little park very centrally located it's a boutique park only 44 sites but great amenities terrific spot Esperance is just a magnificent place lot's to see and do. We were blessed with the weather and the scenery WOW. Luck bay brewing good beer try the tasting plate. Great Ocean drive yes it's a must.

A lovely little caravan park, not too big and I’m a nice quiet location. Amnesties we’re clean and easily accessible, with staff friendly and keen to help. The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay.

A real gem of a place. If you are passing through Esperance and need a room for the night then you can't go past this place. The two bedroom cabins are modern, super clean and well kitted out. The location is quiet but only a few minutes drive or 10 minute walk to the centre of town. There are also a number of powered sites for caravanners or motor homers. One of the best caravan parks we have come across.
