  I really enjoyed my experience here. Ashley was so kind and friendly and made the experience much more enjoyable than I thought it would be! She was great at choosing dresses that I may never have initially chosen for myself but ended up really liking them.
  I've just dropped a star as I thought the glass of wine offered was poured quite short. Given there's a $50 charge to try on dresses here, a normal sized pour for me and my girlfriends would have been lovely!

  The Ruedeseine gowns were lovely. The service and welcome were less then warm on what should be a memorable experience. Considered flying to Sydney to the only other Australian stockist. Subsequently a day later bought a dress From a boutique where the staff were amazing and the experience was indulgent. It’s all part of the process and the bridal atlier missed the mark on customer service.

  Although still undecided on my dress I just wanted to write a review on how amazing the experience and service was at The Bridal Atelier. My friends and I had such a fun time with Maria and she really set the bar for gown shopping experiences high. Thanks again

  Such a beautiful, fun and relaxing experience! Aimee was so gorgeous and made TBA a real highlight of the day of dresses, thank you again x
