  Avoid at all costs, terribly rude staff and boxed are old, dirty and grimy.

  Terrible service - incredibly rude staff, boxes are dirty and grimy. Worst part is they make you wait around all day for the boxes to be picked up/delivered. They provide you with a time range but end up turning up several hours late. I am almost sure that these other reviews are fake. RECOMMEND AVOIDING AT ALL COSTS. Save yourself the hassle and money.

  Used this company myself and was happy. Recommended them to someone else and they were overchargedcharged for damage to boxes which apparently they didn't do.

  Box rental company has superior customer service done at their office that makes you feel valued and understood. All interactions with them I was comforted by the fact that the staff were able to clearly explain the processes and next steps of the drop off and pick-up of the boxes.
  Box rental company is very reasonably priced compared to their competitors and they do not sacrifice price for reliability or service. They got rules to be wary of but once it is understood the process is super convenient. If I ever move again or need boxes for packing Box rental company will be my first call.
