Great track, definitely more climbing and scrambling than hiking, hiking poles are useless here. Definitely not a track for small children or anyone not used to shear drops and (easy) climbing. The cave section crux is essentially if you will fit through the end, I went with someone who is 6'2" and 115kg and he fit but not by much, if you're larger than this I'd suggest using the Canyon Track. Would definitely recommend hiking or some good approach shoes/boots.
was great, still thinking about how much fun it was. definitely a challege, so be prepared.
Amazing track but you have to be fit, not be affraid of heights and regular size or small to make it. My husband is 180 and 85kg and almost did not fit in a last cave. Do not take any children you need to carry. Track is more climbing than hiking so make sure your shoes have good grip and wear gloves and protective clothing on elbows and knees. I was scared on a last challenge when I looked down but after we made it to the top it was awesome and amazing. Totally worth it!
