After decades of dental problems involving prolonged and painful treatment, my teeth were left looking not as I would have liked. I struggled with whitening, braces and an odd looking implant for along time, but when it became too much I sought out the advice of Dr. Ted and Leonie at The Bays Dental.
At my first consultation I felt completely at ease with them. They work as a team and bounce ideas off each other. But more than that, you can tell from the outset that they care deeply about their patients. They listen and provide a plan with alternatives to discuss at a subsequent visit. There's no hard sell. I choose a plan that I simply would not have thought of had it not been for the level of trust I placed in them. And they delivered in spades. We had a couple of minor hiccups due to 3rd party issues but they managed them with compassion and sincerity and kept me looking forward. We were on this journey together. They prioritized the things they could control with Tony, the technician, working out of hours to get the work completed. I was also provided out of hours access if needed. I was informed of all the component procedures in advance. I really can't praise their professionalism, dedication and communication highly enough. I am very happy with the outcome. Just a quick note to say a big thank you to the whole team at Bays Dental ! After a number of negative experiences with dentists in the surrounding area, I was immediately put at ease when Tony took the time to actually listen to my specific needs and situation. Then he introduced me to Ted & Amanda and they too listened to my concerns and fears about dental work in general. I knew I was in the right place and everyone made me feel welcome and secure in the knowledge that they were there to actually help me not just their business.
I used to hate going to the dentist, but now I can get all the important work I need done without the pain or drama..

I have long had a phobia of dentists, it cost me the loss of many teeth. "D" day arrived, I went here because my mother had her dentures made here and was always delighted with outcome. I didn't need full dentures (almost). The Care I have received over the last 5-6 weeks has been genuine and amazing. They understood my phobia, every interaction was caring and understand, Josh put so much attention into getting the Plates perfect. I had pain free removal of three teeth and plate ( plates). So happy, highly recommend. Thanks
