I had the most pleasant experience purchasing a car here. A special call out to Mick who has been extremely wonderful to us. He is quite humorous and made us laugh everytime we met. He always provided responses to any queries without hesitation.

A Great place to find your dream car. OM is very friendly and quite helpfull. He owned my request and made sure I am comfortable in every stage. Everything was smooth despite the resource crunch. He was very clear in everything and super sales guy. He is a go to person for anything. Very professional and friendly

If you need to repair your Toyota do not go to this dealer, unorganised and very unprofessional. Had my sunroof windscreen replaced by this dealer, broken glasses are not cleaned out, no water leak test after replacement and booked me in for the repair but the part is still on its way.

John Trimbounos is the man to see here. He’s a real gentlemen and he is friendly and honest. I bought a corolla with him before and now a rav4 Cruiser. He went beyond what’s expected of him and he always ensures that I am getting the best deal at the lowest price.

I had a bad experience from a salesman name Simon. I requested for a test drive for Camry Atara SL. I reached the showroom as per appointment time waited for Simon to finish of his previous customer. Once he was done with the other customer he came to me and started chatting with me. I told him that am ready to take the top model of Camry and he was so happy to hear that and I asked for the test drive also he told he will. But then I mentioned him that am ready to book the car now but need the car to be delivered only by September as am going for two months vacation, then and there he changed his attitude. Even for a test drive also he made simple excuses. He took us to a Camry which was not in a starting condition as it has got a battery problem. We understood his behavior to us and we said to him that we are going. I like Toyota cars very much but such experience from the sales people keeps away us from this company.

Amusing. I recently required 2 new Toyotas so i went to Terry Shields and took a couple of cars for demo test drives
The deal was going well with the junior salesman and then the sales manager deal clincher strategy was used on me where i was introduced to the worldly charismatic smiling senior sales manager (this text book predictable methodology must still work ),, however the situation deteriorated when i asked if there is any room to move on the price/s .After some banter the mood changed quickly the smile evaporated it was time for me to go and R.R.P is not negotiable .
I went to another Toyota dealer and they were happy to "wiggle" with some margins on both the vehicles which saved in total about $1700
( not bad for a couple of phone calls) Ring around it will pay dividends !
The bottom line ,, these guys gave me the opportunity to test thrash a demo vehicle and I still re-live the Adrenalin rush ( thank you ) however there are other dealers happy to back-stab fellow Toyota distributors . No esprit de corps in this industry !

They don't even deserve a one star rating!!! Just went into their showroom and no one came up to for any assistance. My brother and I was there for a good 15 minutes. There was one staff who was serving an Indian couple and rest of staff were at their desks but not even a smile when eye contact was made. We went there to buy a RAV4 GXL but now we will take our money else where.

Visited on the weekend (1/4/17). I walked in knowing the car I want - Toyota Corolla Ascent 2017 Auto. I had done my homework about the car, test driven elsewhere but came in to talk price. From the start the salesman seemed like he did not know much about the car (difference between Ascent and Ascent Sport) and the price difference from last month to this month (a difference of $3k!) even though it is one of Toyotas best selling cars. The salesmen insisted that I basically commit to buying that day from him to be able to talk pricing AT ALL. Thankfully I have received much better and more helpful service elsewhere.

Bought a Corolla here and was happy with the service from Chris. Whilst there was the regular paint-protection + window tinting "special" offered to me, there were no pressure tactics used and when I declined, they were fine with that. They negotiated a reasonable price for the car and my trade-in and I was happy with their service. I will update this if the car turns out to be a lemon, but first impressions were pretty good.
Just be mindful of the servicing deal - work out if you HAVE to take it to them to keep warranty. You may not have toresponse / report this review -

Bought my new Toyota Camry from Terry Shields. The service was awesome. Rather than selling the most expensive vehicle out of the lot, they managed to help me in purchasing the car which suites my needs at 0% interest.
