Very disappointing. Had appointment for quote confirmed for last Friday for between 1 - 3pm that day. No show by 4pm. 5pm had call asking if we still wanted them to come???. After saying yes, still did not come. Waste of our day. Sooo unprofessional. Looking elsewhere.

This was the second house that I have got Aussie Bill's to supply external blinds. Consistent follow up and so helpful. Probably the only trade based business that actually shows up when they promise. The quality of the blinds are great. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks

my experience , Aussi Bill closes over xmas period ( normal ) leaves a phone number to ring , when phoning it is obvious that it is purposely left off the hook ,( no message etc as to when they will be open ) then go to the web site and it tells you they will be open from 9 to 4.30 or whatever ( this is in the period where all other businesses are open after the new year ) drive to their address , all closed and locked up . No respect or thought at all for customers , should be totally ashamed , i am one person , i wonder how many others were frustrated with the same treatment ? Gavin
