Fantastic and honest service. Leading hand in the workshop was very knowledgeable, and didnt try and push an upsell. Wheel alignment equipment state of the art, and produced accurate results.

I went to the 4x4 show, got quotes on rims and went to Goodrich for a quote on tyres. They recommended Tyreplus Sunbury. Just unhelpful. Went to my local where I work and sorted in 2 minutes! That would be customer service! They both got given the same information!

Damaged parts on the swing arm of my car, as they could not undo the nuts. Went back to get the problem rectified and the believe they didn't do it. The car is still new and that was it's first wheel alignment it was going in for. Poor customer service and handling of the situation.

Took a tyre in to be repaired full tread only to be told it needs to be replaced took the tyre from them and took it to tyrepower and they fixed it no worries same happend to my father needed a repair and same thing said it was to be replaced ??
