The best! Excellent staff, and you don't need to access your savings to obtain quality care & treatment for your pet.

My parent's take our dog socks there for any medical help or advice. His right front paw is all better but his left front is still wounded. We hope it will get better and go away.

Great vet. Went in for a nail clip and managed to get in for a check up too. Lovely staff, answered all of my questions which put me at ease. Very well priced. Thanks guys.

I took my very old sick cat in Friday afternoon to Swan Veterinary Clinic with no appointment. She was seen very quickly and Dr David and his team were exemplary in their diagnosis of care of Ginger. Sadly she passed away from catastrophic kidney failure and cancer of the lymph nodes on the Sunday but that is beyond the control of the Clinic. I cannot praise Swan Veterinary Clinic enough for the attention, care, frequent communication and most professional approach that they gave our much loved Ginger - and all this was over a weekend when many surgeries are shut. Their prices were very very reasonable and no surcharges for the weekend. Thank you Swan Veterinary Clinic for what you did for Ginger. You are the best and made this hard time a little easier to bear.

Great service they took good care of our fur child & very reasonable rates! Even called during procedure to advise of another underlying issue & asked if it was ok to tend to the issue whilst our puppy was under.there was no additional charges or outrageous bill at the end

Very happy with this vet clinic

These people put the needs of your pet first. They have the "genuine care" factor. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've tried a lot of different vets and these guys are by far the best. The decisions and advice offered are about the pet, not how much cash they can squeeze out of you with endless tests etc. I find all the staff to be professional and caring and I love the fact that they have changed their system to offer both appointments and walk ins as well as emergency care. They even have an extra vet on to ensure the walk in wait is generally not too long. They have a lot of facilities here too that most of the more expensive vet clinics don't have such as ultrasound equipment for example. Finally the vets are all brilliant. I usually see David Hughes who in my opinion is really excellent at what he does and is very patient with both pets and owners lol, but I think I have seen every vet there by this stage and have been very happy with each of them. It's a very busy practice and it's true you might have to queue up to get to the front desk at times but that's the price you pay if you want highly qualified professionals without paying the exorbitant fees generally associated with a visit to the vet. It astounds me that people complain about queuing up here, if you want quicker service you should expect to pay the premium it requires to have additional staff just for front of counter. I'll take a bit of a wait at the front if it means I can afford to give my pets better health care and caring professionals to ensure they get the best treatment available

They used to do an amazing thing for animals and groups/organizations, that's why we went here. Have been coming here for 6 years and now finding a new vet.
Rude reception staff, they no longer seem to address our concerns or questions and usually get a "we're too busy for that today"

Due to ownership change this place has gone down hill. Poor communication and miss information. I was a loyal customer that will never return again.

I have NEVER found a more caring, experienced, dedicated Vet any where..This is the best vets hospital in WA. If you doubt me then visit them and see how the waiting rooms are almost always full of patients and over flowing out the door at times, but no one leaves even while full it does move through smoothly as there 2 to 3 vets on duty. There prices are very fare and cheaper than others, don't think this is why they flock there, Trust me it is the care and knowledge that is given to us all. Thank you all so very much.

Makes veterinary work affordable. Lots of vets but can't specifically make bookings so may find yourself waiting a while if you want to see one specific vet. Worth
    the wait though.
