smooth check in. there's a check in counter (not 24hr) a few metres from the units.
house was a bit old but everything in working order. nothing to shout about but great value for whole family with 2-3 kids. free parking at the porch in front of each house/unit.
theres a double bed and a double decker bunk bed. also fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making counter.response / report this review -

Pathetic place. People are very rude. They don't answer any of your questions even if u ask them months in advance. The only look out is to extract money as much as they can.
I am trapped surely won't recommend or advise anyone to get trapped. Just stay away from this property. The property just opposite to it is amazing.
Even basic tissue papers are not provided and when asked for be prepared for a rude NO.
Hate this place. Rating is ZERO if that's possible.

Clean room and friendly receptionist. Last check-in at 7.30pm. My friend and I stayed in the 4 persons room. It had a microwave, fridge, separate bathroom, cutleries, kettle and tv. Bring own toothbrush, towel and shampoo.

The cabin was old-ish and starting to look run down. But it was tidy and everything was there. The WiFi however was not good. Intermitting and came with vouchers for two hour use. Not up to scratch with the rest. It is on the furthest end of town so a bit out of the way.

We had a lovely stay here! The rooms are cutely decorated, very spacious and cozy. Great value! Conveniently close to many of the main attractions along Great Ocean Road.
