  Thanks to everyone for a great flight this morning. The staff were all amazing, answered all our queations and also added many facts of the Yarra Valley area. If you wanted to get involved in the set up and pack up you could and I felt it made the experience even better. Would highly recommend this to anyoneamazing!

  Had an amazing time going for a sunrise trip for my girlfriends birthday. Pilot and staff were exemplary and the breakfast at Yering station great aswell especially as we were joined by Mark who graciously answered our never ending questions!

  Booked for 18/8/16 and flight was cancelled due to bad weather. Every flight since they have made excuses why we can't go up. They refuse to give a refund because they'll take us up this weekend Still waiting! Don't pay them until your in the sky or it's money down the drain

  WARNING! REQUEST A REFUND IF YOUR FLIGHT IS CANCELLED!
  
  I have had my flight cancelled by Go Wild Ballooning 3 times and could not find the time for a 4th booking. I therefore requested a refund and I was told that I need to send it in writing and I will receive my deposit back within 21 days. I received a response a few days later saying that my deposit will be held by Go Wild ballooning for the next time I reschedule (for which I did not have time to do).
  My solicitor sent Go Wild Ballooning a series of letters demanding my deposit be returned to me, but Go Wild Ballooning insisted that their terms and conditions state that a refund will only be granted if a refund is requested within 14 days of the first cancelled flight. Those are not the terms and conditions that I agreed to, so be careful because they have recently changed.
  So if your flight is cancelled then I recommend you get a refund and book again when you are ready, otherwise if your flight is cancelled time after time and you cannot re-book within a year, you will lose your deposit and have to pay a $30 per person cancellation fee.
  Staff were great and friendly to take my money but when it came to refunding me MY money, it took a solicitor to get it back.

  Had a fantastic experience with Go Wild Ballooning. Staff were fantastic and we all had an amazing flight. Would highly recommend.
