Maya replied promptly to my initial enquiry and I was able to confirm costs and transfer my paperwork electronically for her to prepare before my in-person meeting. Being available on the weekend helped me a lot and I in and out quickly and with a great tax return. Tax accountant fees are to be paid on the day rather than it being deducted from my return, but that worked for me and I xan claim it again next year. Thanks Maya

I highly recommend STP South Perth. Anyone looking for a good tax agent will find Maya and her team fantastic. I hate having to sort out tax issues and Maya's office takes all the stress out if it; they are fast, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They don't over-charge, they communicate clearly, and if you cant get into the office they can assist you online too. Definite thumbs up :)

Bad customer service. Found accountant (not named but the only one there) to be very short tempered and rude. Definitely would not return.
