  Russ has done a great job fixing our leak that was coming from our shower. Had about 4 bathroom repair companies come to look at the issue, Russ was the only one I trusted, the first person told me I needed the whole shower to be ripped out and replaced, as such having someone like Russ ensured we got exactly what we needed and didn't end up spending way overs for stuff we didn't. He was quick to pop by, quote and do the work, but he also took great care to ensure it was done to a high quality and taking care of the surrounding areas. Highly recommend.

  We would recommend Strategic Tiling to anyone looking for shower repairs! Russell was quick to come out for a site inspection, provide a quote after inspection, and began and completed our shower repairs quickly. Russell was amazingly helpful and offered us a solution some other big name companies couldn't. Our shower base had cracked grout with water seepage. He was on-time, respectful, friendly, clean and his work high quality and looks great. Cannot recommend Strategic Tiling highly enough!

  Russell is a pleasure to have working in your home. He explains how and why he is doing things and he did an excellent job and clean up. Russell's expertise was at a very high level. He had to remove silicone, clean floor and wall tiles, remove grout, glue tiles, grout and seal. Our bathrooms look amazing. Thank you for your amazing work.

  I highly recommend Russell for bathroom/shower tile repairs. His years of experience show through by being able to diagnose the cause of a shower leak and efficiently remediate it. The quality of his work is excellent. Russell's communication is also excellent. He even worked on a public holiday to complete our job, which was really appreciated.
