  Think twice before getting your patio from these guys. 1. Delivery is never on time. 2. Wrong items are delivered n also few items missing. 3. You will have to check all items delivered are of correct dont trust them. 4. Check if they designed the patio correctly cos in mine they missed one coloumn which again i had to pay for and they call themshelves professional. Ended up spending extra $500 on call out charges for the tradie cos he came twice n both times few critical items where missing. SO THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS UNPROFESSIONAL GUYS.

  I was attended to and by Management and Staff, with such detail and above and beyond their required Customer Service towards my custom and query, just a shame, not many stores as the other guys (B), keep up the great work guys, once again, thank you! 👍👌🙄😃☺️

  Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. How they are still in business is beyond me. Go elsewhere, trust me.

  Worst consumer experience, they have no idea what they are doing. Rude technical advice on the phone to assist completing measurements, product was manufactured with incorrect measurements and colours anyway, had to be returned. Wasted three days of my time waiting for deliveries that were promised but never showed up

  Very poor customer service. They only deliver the sheds on the day they want, not when the customer wants and pick up is not available. I asked for the delivery on Friday, instead of their Wednesday delivery, inspite of being charged hefty for delivery.
  
  Assembly instructions was not provided, when i enquired, I have been told to download from their website.when I went to install the shed the anchor bolts were not supplied with the shed, I had to ring to find out that it won't be supplied with the shed. This wasn't told when I ordered the shed, I could have bought that if I have been told.
  
  This is my second bad experience with Stratco, I don't think I will ever think of buying anything from Stratco again.

  Garbage customer service and no understanding. When they wouldn't refund the defective item. They happily kept it to "get rid of". Will never consider or recommend this company
