Wow such amazing service and an incredibly pleasant experience. The staff are wonderful. The equipment is cutting edge and they ran on time too! I’ve been to many dentists and these guys are the best!

Although I have sensitive teeth, I felt comfortable and he is a dentist who does not look for problems to make money, but he is honest. For sure I will come back in 6 months.

Dr Chimes is the best dentist in Sydney! I have been going to him since moving to Australia despite living in the inner west. I have tried once to go to a dentist closer to home and it was a terrible experience. Dr Chimes and his team are so thorough and make you feel welcome from the minute you work in the door. Every other dentist literally charges you for breathing but Dr Chimes's rates are very reasonable. He also only does work the is necessary and does his best to save you money wherever he can. Couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Our experience at this dentistry was unpleasant. I took my nine year old son for a first time visit and after examining his mouth Dr Chimes explained that he would need at least two fillings on his baby teeth as he would need them to last until he’s 12. After explaining this, I advised that we would be using the CDBS for payment so there was a rushing around to see if the payment would work without my Medicare card, then a decision to make sure the work was all done in the same visit. Throughout the visit i didn’t feel like there any consultation and it was simply “this is what needs to be done” and then a rush to get it done by their closing time. To be fair, they did stay back an extra 20 minutes that evening but it only made the visit feel rushed which was unnecessary and not quality. There was no explaination of the $445 bill at the end either. Not the type of professional I was looking for.
