I've been coming to star cosmetics since I was 25 years old, I've got a great relationship with masie and she's always made me feel amazing.
Masie can correct just about anything,

If only there was a zero star for review ratings cause that's what this place deserves. There's nothing star about this place.
The initial consultation was alright, friendly, warm, only to draw you in. On the day of treatment I was so rushed cause Dr. Maz had other patients to see. Apparently for him it's ok to treat this patient poorly since there were other patients waiting for him, wondering what his excuses were for other patients. By the way, he disappeared in the middle of my treatment for over 10 minutes leaving me unattended, please note this wasn't during the time for the numbing cream to take effect, he just disappeared in the middle of the injections.
Now we get to the worst part-- Dr. Maz gave me a severely asymmetrical chin and face due to the botox injection I received from him. The situation was so bad that every time I looked myself in the mirror I wanted to cry. I had to take 3 weeks off work to stay at home cause I just couldn't go out looking like that.
I went back to Dr. Maz for a review, he refused to take responsibility and admit he did a bad job. He reckoned that he did nothing wrong and that could be me who didn't do a proper aftercare and induced the asymmetrical chin and face. I had botox before and knew what to do for aftercare, and nothing like this had ever happened before.
In the matter of fact, he argued that I signed the consent form before the treatment so that made them responsibility free. So ladies and gents, please take extra care before you go to this place and sign anything, look what this left me with. we sign the consent form under their request, it shouldn't mean we sign our rights away.
Our face is very critical to us, there's no way any doctor should treat our face with less care than what they would to their own. let alone we pay quite bit of money for the treatments thinking we were in good and safe hands.
One last thing, they asked me to pay before I even received the treatment and didn't offer tax invoice, they said I should ask them for one, meaning if you don't ask you don't get a tax invoice for your $2000 treatment payment lol.
almost forget to mention that for the initial consultation Dr. Maz made me waited for an hour! which is very funny cause he rushed me during my treatment in order to treat the next patient. so he rushes the current patient and keep the next patient in line waiting at the same timewhat's going on? Very poor management and is so lack of respect to every patient.
It was me who picked this place after reading google reviews about the place and let this horrible experience happen to me. To write a truthful review and share my experience with people who are in search of a good clinic is the least I can do.response / report this review -

From my first visit, I knew I was in the hands of highly-skilled professionals who understood the difference they can make to the lives of their patients and were rightly proud to work in this industry. This pride extends to suites that are stylishly presented (no expense seems to have been spared) and a team of efficient and friendly support staff who make arranging each visit a breeze. Over the past 18 months, I’ve been in the safe hands of clinician Masie Alizadeh. She is clearly very experienced and approaches her work with both high technical expertise and real artistry. She also genuinely cares for her patients and it's always a pleasure to see her again. In my case (and I'm sure many others), she has produced results I could never have dreamed of. I couldn’t be happier.

Star Cosmetics are the best in Sydney for dermal fillers! Masie & Dr Max are both excellent; professional, knowledgeable and most of all caring of their clients. Recommend you see them for lips, wrinkle, Botox and any other cosmetic treatments you need!

So happy with my experience with Masie on my non surgical nose job , i was easily convinced after i had my consultation with her, I knew then that it was the right thing to do. So much care went through process, i was even given a stress ball! thanks so much guys, could not be more thrilled!

Very happy with the what Maisie did especially on the lines above my lip, they were quite pronounced and she did a great job. The finished product, after the bruising and swelling went down was very natural which is what I was after. thanks
