The investment required to install a pool is huge and my husband and I were not convinced our family would use a pool enough to justify the investment. We started to look at a spa as an alternative and visited a number of company websites before making the easy decision to go visit Splashes showroom Terry Hills. The well designed website drew us in and we have not been disappointed with the service we received from our first visit to the showroom to the ongoing support available via telephone, online chat or personal visit. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and not once did we feel we were being pushed into making a decision. He gave us sound advice on what foundation we could consider for our spa and we opted for the Ezi Pads which worked out great. The efficiency of the entire team from sales, to initial spa set up and ongoing customer support is first class. It will be 3 years in December since we purchased out spa. We contacted Selfie today with a couple of questions about spa parts/accessories and she was, as always, super helpful and totally customer focused.
My advice to anyone considering getting a spa is to go visit Splashes Spa World. They will answer any questions you may have on best product for you, running costs, maintenance etc. This is the best purchase we have ever made and I can confidently say it is used more than we would use a pool and all year round. It is the one area we come together as a family (daughter 11 and son 16) and socialise - no devices, just talking. It's the best!. Our kids friends love to come over too. I had some friends over to my new house and the party got a bit excited in the spa, breaking part of the siding. I called splashes who were amazing. The staff were a delight to deal with, friendly and helpful. The replacement was available in a couple of days at an amazing price. I couldn't be happier. Great people to deal with and i will definitely shop there again.

Bought a spa there some 5 years ago. I rang last week to check on price for 3 spa chemicals. I went there yesterday only to be told the price had gone up by $30. Salesperson (Rebecca) refused to honour the price she had given me over the phone. I asked her to ring her boss to verify this (Stephen). He agreed that they didn't have to honour the price given over the phone. Considering that I had spent thousands of dollars with them when I bought the spa originally, they could have at least given me the price I had been quoted. I wasn't asking for a discount - just the price it was last week. Instead they chose to ignore my request, meaning that i had driven 30 km for nothing!
Forget about buying from these rip-off merchants. I will never go there again and tell all my family and friends to avoid them.response / report this review
