Worst dealership ever!!
No aftersales service
The finance lady Gemaine Parker never even told us that we had a balloon payment and now that the loan is coming to an end there is 16 grand residual amount owing.
Yes i know i signed a contract but she never once told us that its a balloon payment!!

Worst experience at Volkswagen south side cannington. They bully me because I am a women and come from china. Do not trust the place because they are not worth trusting. personally I went there to get my car serviced and they tried tricking me into paying $6000 for repairing my car for something that doesn't need fixing!

I found this out they made me pay 1000 then they said it still needs fixing, later I suspected they were over saying the issues with the car and they didn't fix the major issues because all they did was refill the oil or fluid in the car.

When I went to another mechanic and they used a computer and turned out their were no problems!

Deceitful lying car dealer, never try to buy from here if you are interstate. I signed contracts for the asking price, Paid for Redbook inspections and was told by their management that it would be our car and then advised at the last minute that the car was sold to someone else. They changed their requirements of my contract 3 times and I signed each one as they wanted but still sold the car to someone else after being told it is my car.
I never once complained about the car or required anything to be done to it, I even offered to have a clause in the contract to exclude warranty or I will bring the car back to Southside if I require warranty.
Do not believe what they say over the phone. they obviously don't care about interstate business. Not even worthy of 1 star but can't post with less

Latest update: To add to the insult. The car they told me was sold to someone else now turns up on carsales linked to them and they are asking 3k more. So I'm guessing not sold. just changed their mind after giving me a contract to sign and deciding to go back on their word to try and make a buck. The lowest grade car yard I have ever dealt with

I recently traded a vehicle in with Southside Volkswagen (Martin Blakey). Martin called in the morning, came out to view the car in the afternoon and a deal was made with the car signed over that night. It was a fuss free, quick and painless sale and I would be happy to deal with both Martin and Southside Volkswagen again in the future.

I work in a sales environment myself, Rob Benson (Commercial Vehicle Specialist) was extremely keen to listen to what my needs were and we worked towards getting the vehicle I really wanted, he comes HIGHLY RECOMMEND his HONEST SERVICE and ADVICE this will help him go along way in the industry, same goes to Ashley Zacharia - Finance (Business Manager) having already sourced a credit quote elsewhere online they we able to bet the most competitive quote I had found online and by a fair bit may I add ( Bottom Line ) and I was only happy to oblige to proceed with the best quote, the whole transaction is also much smoother than sourcing finance independently which I have done previously, Ashley thanks also for your HONEST SERVICE and ADVICE also HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, The aftercare continued even after I had signed on the dotted lineHaving traveled from the north this was a worthy visit, thanks lads!!! Had a good experience here with help from Tony and Nancy.had a dented rim needs to be change but Tony suggest me to balanced it instead change it.which would save $1000, and result is the same.also had clutch issue and replaced it under warranty.now my golf runs like new car.thumbs up for Tony Jiang and Nancy Wang.
