Appalling service. First of all I was charged an extra $5 of the original fare I saw on the metre. So when my card decined because I didn’t have enough for the extra $5, I was yelled at and told that I was going to be reported to the police for fare avasion. The driver took my card and refused to give it back until I showed him my bank had the right amount of money displayed on the metre. He then conceded and put the RIGHT amount of money on the eftpos machine and my card accepted. Second of all, I have taken this trip quite a few times with the taxi company and it cost me much less to take that trip. It seemed he was purposefully going slow to get more money and going the long way. I was so disappointed in the company because I have used them quite a lot and had many good experiences. But it’s sad how one can ruin it all. Get your act together!!!

Would give zero stars if I could! Absolutely disgusting service! Booked cab for a wedding 2 weeks in advance leaving plenty of time to get to the wedding early. Called the company after the cab had not arrived on time to be told very rudely that it was still 20 minutes away. Called again after the cab had not arrived 20 minutes later, only to be told that the cab was STILL 20 minutes away! The guy on the phone was completely obnoxious and rude, and hung up on me when I told him we would have to drive ourselves. Only just arrived at the venue on time - causing plenty of stress all round as the groom's grandparents were in our party. Only upside was that they were not smart enough to realise that we would not need the return cab as we were now driving ourselves, so sent one out to us - which was surprisingly on time ! If he hadn't hung up on me, maybe I would have had the chance to explain and not waste his drivers time! Do not use this company - not reliable and plain rude - worst experience ever!

Absolutely disgusting call manager, when asked about why they did not notify us when our taxi was over an hour late he replied with "you better be glad I'm not driving then" (basically a death threat). Can't wait until uber are allowed in the southern Highland's so I can never use this despicable company again.

Driver was rude and was speeding, doing 120km/h in an 80 zone, (Wombeyan Caves Rd) at eleven o'clock at night! Also, $100 for 20km? Worst Taxi service I have ever used.

Firstly the drivers are lovely and I give them a 5. however.the guy on the phone WOW!! What is his problem?.When I phoned to get a cab after a wonderful dinner out, I gave him our adress, to which he replied "you have 2 choices you can wait oposite the Anz bank or at the Imperial Hotel!..hahaha! How dare I think a cab would pick us up at a nominated address.. hahaha!!

We used two highland taxi coaches to transport guests at our wedding. The service was great and both drivers were punctual, polite and understanding of our elderly guests and those that continued to enjoy themselves post the function ending.

BEST TAXI AND HIRE CAR SERVICE - Absolutely 5 stars. Drivers are always polite and well presented, taxis are immaculate and always driven safely and professionally. Very impressed and quite the opposite to what we have experienced elsewhere.

Called a taxi as my mother had hurt herself at a wedding ( all guests travelling were also sober not that it matters) . Man who answered phone was extremely rude and told us he wouldn't send a taxi to get us as there was other cabs servicing the wedding we were at. Extremely poor service and will not be using again. I'd hope the company reconsiders disabled passengers and a need for our own taxi.
