I have been taking my car to Steve Mandurah Prestige for many many years. His whole team are extremely helpful and are always available to give me a lift back to my house and then pick me up later in the day once my car has finished.
Steve always rings if he finds something that needs to be fixed or replaced to get permission to go ahead, he gives you a price and doesn’t just go ahead and fix something without permission.
He has really looked after my car over the years and recently has checked my new vehicle that I purchased to ensure that it was safe to drive and had any areas of my car that were not working properly.
Steve is always approachable and you can ask him anything about my car. He and all his staff are very professional, kind and always helpful.
I highly recommend you get your car serviced and cared for by Steve and his team.

Had my car in and it was ready the day I dropped it off but they were unable to reach me by phone as area code was coming up incorrectly so didn’t get for 5 days.
I Didn’t call for days as I assumed they were busy.
When I finally contacted them and sorted, I was the person in the wrong and the owner didn’t give one apology or give me any respect and just laughed at me, let alone a chance to explain.
Blamed me for their phone showing the wrong at area code and they didn’t even attempt to send a message or email when they couldn’t contact me by mobile.
The way I was poorly treated and the way the situation was dealt with was very unprofessional for a business.response / report this review -

After having my car falsely diagnosed by 2 different mechanics I took my car to Mandurah prestige and performance.
I cannot thank Steve and his team for their work with my challenging Mercedes, it was not a drama for them to find the issue that others couldn’t. The service they provide is above and beyond.
I can’t thank them enough for everything they did to help me out.
The parts arrive in speedy time, they kept me updated at all times and it was never a drama squeezing me in at a time convenient to me at such short notice when they are such a busy workshop.
I will be telling everyone to use Mandurah prestige and performance and will never go anywhere else. Thank you all so much! One Very satisfied customer!response / report this review -

Cannot for the life of me understand some of the idiotic reviews here. We have had our cars fully looked after by Steve and his team and NEVER for a minute have we ever been dissatisfied. Quite the contrary. The service we get is exemplary and on time every time and people we have recommended to Steve have always been very happy. We would not go anywhere else and we will always continue to recommend others do the same.

Just dropping a note regarding the excellent and professional service we had with Mandurah fleet services. Kept us informed at all times, prompt with information and a very welcoming respectful attitude. Something that has been missing in society these days. I would encourage all to deal with the people of Mandurah fleet services in Falcon. Well done to all the team. True to there statement we aim to get the job done right the first time.
