All round excellent! Having decided to cancel a previous contract after 4 months of pushing for an install date and then being told the cost had increased by 30% I chose to go with Solaray. I am so glad I did, literally 10 days from my initial call to completion. Every communication from sales to instal was timely, clear and concise. Always checking to make sure I was comfortable with the information and ready for the next step. I cannot compliment Solaray enough. I chose Solaray because of the quality products and the service provided by the salesman, I was so impressed that the knowledge, professionalism and consideration given by him was delivered with each and every other contact I had with the other team members. Recommend Solaray to anyone that will listen.

We where looking for a good solar system for a while. With so many companies out there and hearing many negative reviews , it was hard to choose with whom to go. After talking with one of our friends who already installed a solar system and hearing about Solaray the decision was final. We talked to Solaray friendly staff and everything was promptly explained. With the whole process from paperwork to the whole installation everything was very smooth. I can only highly recommend Solaray and thank the whole staff for being so friendly and professional. Now we can sit back and enjoy our new solar.

I am very happy with the way Solaray went about the whole process of getting solar panels onto the roof. The end result was very neat and good workmanship. Regarding the solar administration I received excellent help from the Solaray team over the phone and this made the admin stuff easy. I am happy with the price too. Big thank you to Solaray.

With so many cowboys out there selling Solar I was nervous and very cautious with who I was going to hand over some serious money to. Fortunately a friend and a family member had used and recommended Solaray. They had a great experience with their staff and installers plus offered competitive top of the industry product and pricing.
We've had our panels in for a few months now and are reaping the rewards. Our first monthly bill was a credit. Not bad considering it rain constantly for 2 weeks after install.
We had a few technical issues post install (which can happen) and Solaray were like a dog at a bone, they kept coming out to rectify the issue and were not happy until I was happy. They really make you feel like they are on the journey with you. We highly recommend them!response / report this review -

I recently purchased a 6.63 solar system from Solaray and we chose the Trina 390W and IQ7A Micro Inverter as recommended. I am extremely happy with the experience I had with the entire team and the installation of the meter box and solar panels. They fully and clearly explained what they were going to do and then did it without issue or fuss. They were professional, friendly, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. I can highly recommend Solaray.

Highly recommended. Sales process was informative and objective and didn't pressure us into going a certain way. The info and updates provided by installation coordination team after system was ordered was great and the installers were friendly and helpful despite being on our roof all day in 40 degree heat. Tammy and the team were absolutely fabulous. We found the work to be professional and quick. There are so many choices and also disreputable companies offering cheap alternatives but Solaray gave us a quality installation and honest advice and we look forward to solar energy for many decades. Thank you so much ! We highly recommend Solaray Energy.

Purchasing a solar system was an interesting process. You suddenly enter a world full of complexity where one minute you're suddenly researching solar panel manufacturers, the next you're researching solar inverter companies, all while trying to sort through the complex maze of mixed reviews, bad reviews, good reviews, etc.
You then find out the shocking statistic that 50% or more of solar system owners experience failures or problems during the lifetime of the solar system itself, most of these failures end up being caused not by the solar panels or the inverter, but actually as a result of poor installation procedures and/or practices by the solar company.
I ensured that picking a reputable solar installation company was of the highest possible priority and boy, Solaray sure did not disappoint.
The entire process, from the very first quotation by Steve, to the completion of the system was a lovely experience. Tammy ensured that I was kept update to date with everything, despite some minor (a few days) installation delays, Tammy ensured that I was in the loop on the latest info. I think Tammy might be the most friendliest person I've ever had to deal with!
The installers were very professional, completing the installation in just a few hours without compromising on the quality by any means. Despite what we originally thought was an impossible spot to place the inverter, the installers made it happen for us.
The installation team consulted with me prior to the panel placement and I was made aware of everything that was happening at all times. The installer who did the electrical work had an aora about him, he seemed very experienced in what he was doing and was professional at all times.
All in all, excellent installation from the start to the end. I'll ensure to follow up in a years time to check in on how things are going.

My experience with Solaray was perfect from start to finish. After engaging with Patrick, he ensured that everything was smooth sailing once I had placed my order with Solaray. Tammy aligned the installation date to suit my schedule, and the installation team was on time and non-interrupting on the day of installation. I am now able to generate more solar power than I consume. I highly recommend other’s utilise Solaray for their solar needs! I had a 5 start experience!
