  Gem Energy (Darwin) installed our Rooftop Solar system about 6 months ago. Their team was prompt, knowledgeable and keen, completing the install in quick time, and at a very competitive price. About a week ago the system inverter failed. The team in Darwin sourced a replacement unit and installed it within a few days. I am happy to recommend them from quoting through to after installation support.

  My wife and I had been considering installing solar energy panels for some time after we had experienced their real value in Hervey Bay , Queensland prior to our move to N T. We received a few quotes but finally settled on a quote from Gem Energy. Their representative Russell's presentation and service were second to none. The timeline was on target and the installation was carried out in a highly professional manner. We are very happy with our service from Gem Energy and would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to add value to their property and reap the rewards of "Solar Energy"

  Amazing customer service! Had a fault with our solar system, Stacey and the team at GEM had it sorted and repaired under warranty within 24 hours. I’ve never had this level of customer service in 25 years living in the Territory. They kept us updated every step of the way, even ringing us when their tradesman was running a bit late. Absolutely first class and highly recommended!
