From start to finish an absolute pleasure, perfectly able to match our existing shutters, timeframe from order to manufacture to installation all on target. Pricing was in ballpark and really no problems with any dealings with anyone involved in the process, was really a pleasure.

DONT'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS US 10 years ago we had shutters installed by Solarshade. These shutters remain today, in as good a condition as when they were fitted. Great customer service and efficiency.

IN CONTRAST TO..

Recently we had shutters installed by their competitor, BOARDWALK SHUTTERS. After a few months of installation these shutters developed cracks and BOARDWALK have refused to repair these under warranty - citing the cause must be water damage. Inside of our study ? With no sign of water damage anywhere else? BOARDWALK'S customer service has been almost nonexistent. Their attitude is uncompromising even arrogant. It took five days before our initial phone calls were returned and their representative just did not bother to show up for an assessment. To top it all off they wanted to charge us $398 to replace 13 blades. $250 of this was pick up and delivery from Mt Hawthorn to Balcatta!

SO A BELATED 'THANK YOU' TO SOLASHADE, 10 years on and still going strong. We know where to go next time. We certainly will not make this mistake again. Solashade may be a little bit more expensive but we have enjoyed ten years of good quality shutters as opposed to poor quality, poor service and months of hassle and arrogance from Boardwalk shutters.

Sola Shade have been wonderful to deal with. The Kudos Lourvre roof system looks great. We now sit outside more regulary and enjoy our views.

Sola Shade provided us with expert advice on the best way to install a sola shade roof in our small and difficult to fit patio space - we couldn't be more impressed with the service and the product. The sola shade roof has added an extra room to our house - we can now use this space all year round. It looks great too! The friendly and helpful staff made our experience of purchasing a new shade roof for our patio so easy and enjoyable!

rang to get a quote,which was no bother.1 hour later i received a sms saying it may cost $5000.00.I sad its fine.Then a sms I need to go and visit their office on a Saturday!!!
Was happy to spend $5.000 but obviously not now!
Interestingly I own two other units which I was looking at supplying with awnings-Not now!
They don't deserve my hard earned money!
Would not recommend to anyone!
