Worst gym ever, not professional at all they kicked me out of the gym because i took my daughter to the gym and behavior was not professional at all,

Never give your bank details. I canceled and Final payment was on 14-09-2020 and took money on 28-09-2020 again. have there email to prove. Firstly ignore. Secondly saying sorry it’s there fault. Then not refunding and stop replying email.

I just contact my bank and ask them to handle it.

Went from the small gym at Sherwood to this one. Which is great for beginners. It has so much equipment and multiple levels. What upsets me is that everytime I walk in there. It stinks of BO, and it's harder to focus on sets when all you can smell is dry sweat on the floor; It's so gross. And the water fountian filter needs to be cleaned and changed. I don't like seeing orange or red when I'm dying for a drink. I'm forced to leave early to go to the servo (I train nights) for a bottle of water. Not keen on that. If the floors can stay clean and the gym not smell like a footy teams dirty laundry baking on a roof in the Queensland summer heat then I'd love to give this place 5 stars.

Such a great gym! The classes will work you, the trainers are knowledgeable, and the members are so friendly! Great staff team - always an enjoyable experienceeven if I leave dripping sweat!

Everyone at Snap Fitness Forest lake are amazing. Comfortable welcoming environment the classes are amazing challenging for all fitness levels. The PTs are very supportive and friendly helping me to achieve some amazing results. Well worth joining.
