Thanks to Dr Stephanie Tang, straightened my teeth and fixed my biting problems. Stephanie is so friendly and thoughtful, she carefully considered my overall facial structure when she designed my orthodontics plan. (Even my cosmetic surgery doctor complimented my teeth haha.)
Smile Solutions has absolutely stunning service, the environment is luxury and art deco like. Each visit is enjoyable.

David and the team are always friendly, patient and do a high quality of work.

Very lucky to have such A skilled orthodontist in Melbourne.

I've been here for a few years now and receive outstanding service every time, especially from Dr Pip. Over the years I have gotten orthodontist treatment, general clean up, check up and teeth whitened. My teeth was whitened a year ago and still lasts. Although on the expensive side but you will receive quality and professional service!

I just got my crown with Dr Stephen Do and it’s been a great experience! He’s very kind, patient and professional. Especially that my last couple treatments by another dentist haven’t been great, I’m just so grateful that he’s my dentist now and would highly recommend everyone to see him for dental problems.
Also the staff r very friendly in smile solutions, all in all great experience!

I took my granddaughter to the Smile Solutions for dental checkup today. Reservation was quick and easy; Made just two days ago.

My granddaughter was assigned to Dr. Cynthia Chu. She was very kind and professional. My granddaughter did not cry because Dr. Chu explained everything in easy words. The doctor's office was pleasant and the equipments were high-tech and clean.

Fortunately, my 6 year old granddaughter had no serious tooth problem. We made next appointment for dental checkup 6 months later.

I am very happy with everything we experienced at the Smile Solutions including the service of Dr. Chu, the nurse, the receptionists, and the office and facilities.

I strongly recommend this dental clinic to parents with kids.

Today's dental service is worth more than the cost of $120. Cost of dental treatment shall be re-imbursed from the Medicare to the maximum of $1,000 every year; That is what I heard from my son.

I made an appointment for a checkup and clean at Smile Solutions, and I’m so glad I did. I have always been nervous about going to the dentist, but my experience at Smile Solutions has been excellent.
During my checkup with Pip she talked me through what she was doing and about any concerns I had.
My hygiene appointment with Catherine was just as good, she would constantly check that I was alright.
I have found the staff to be really caring and they really try to make you as comfortable as possible. I’ll definitely go back.

I visited Smile Solutions for the first time last week to have bonding done on one my front teeth that I chipped. Chloe the receptionist was absolutely outstanding & went above and beyond to get me in first thing that day as I was very self conscious of my smile! Antony the dentist was fantastic, he made the experience very comfortable and painless, he definitely got me smiling again!! I Highly recommend 😊

I recently visited Smile Solutions for the first time and was really impressed with welcoming and courteous staff. I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist and waited no more than a couple of minutes to see a dentist. The service was brilliant and the staff reassuring throughout. The clinic decor is amazing too! I have avoided dentist for years but Smile Solutions make it easier! Who would of thought it could be an enjoyable experience. Thanks Smile Solutions.

I took my 3 year old son here for his first ever trip to the dentist. He was a bit nervous but the staff were amazing and went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and special. Krista (Dentist we saw) was fantastic in the way she interacted with him and has left the impression that going to the dentist isn't scary, its actually fun! He even got some toys and balloons to take home with him - he's definitely looking forward to his next visit.

Lovely lovely service and very competitive prices. Their people are just so wonderful with scheduling and arranging times! I had to fly in and out of the country so they were very happy to reschedule times for me, trying to squeeze me in and really ensuring everything suited me best. Lovely.

I went here recently to get my teeth whitened before my birthday and was super happy with the results!! I cant stop looking at them! They suggested a clean beforehand to enhance the results and I'm glad I did, the hygenist I saw did such a good job they looked whiter even before I got the whitening.

Once called for an appointment and specifically asked the cost before the confirming the booking because I was quite cash strapped at the time.

Had the appointment, which was professional and courteous. Then I went to leave and got the bill. It had an extra $20 over the quote. I queried why and was told this was "for oral hygiene advice". I take it the dentist didn't think I flossed regularly enough

I've got some free advice for anyone who isn't rich enough to afford the opaque and high prices here: "The giant beautiful fishtank in the waiting room wasn't built for free! Avoid this place unless money isn't a problem."

Brilliant dentist. Thorough, precise and always in the best interest of the patient. I see a hygienist, dentist and ortho and my kids love coming here too. Love that it's all in the one beautiful place and everyone knows what's going on in my mouth at any given time.

Whilst I wouldn’t usually describe receiving a filling as a pleasant experience, my trip to Smile Solutions definitely falls into this category.

Pip looked after me and her manner (not to mention the beautiful interior of the rooms which look out onto Swanston Street) immediately put me at ease. I’m a needle phobic but Pip was kind and gentle and once I was nice and numb, the rest of the procedure was incredibly smooth!

After several years of neglect I need quite a few fillings, but I’m no longer apprehensive about returning to have the rest of them seen to. Would definitely recommend Smile Solutions for any nervous patients out there!
