Shame on this business. collecting money from customers to delete their low rating review. Trues always be true. Shame on you. Shame on Google

I left 1 star two days ago. I did not leave any words. but since Dr Tony Cherry called me 5 min ago. I decide leave the reason here why I give 1 star.
To be fair this 1 star for my very first visit staff was very friendly.
My second visit I filled a teeth as Tony suggested in first visit, after filling the very next teeth get super sensitive and I could not have any room temperature or hot or cold drink or food, I can only use another half side of month chew. I contact back to ask speak to Tony, the receptionist was very arrogant and irresponsible keep telling me the Dentist is busy it is my teeth problem nothing to do with dentist. Then I asked but why I am experiencing this kind of pain? she said I do not know. I asked is that I visit Dr Tony will be for free to treat the pain from his practice. she said I do not know I am the receptionist I can book appointment for you that is what I can do you have to ask Dentist you-self on your visiting, he original did not treat that tooth so should not be for free again I do not know..After a big argue with receptionist finally I get call from Tony, he agreed to do some work on the teeth that heavily affected. I had my third visit for free. He said because the nerve on the side is infected, that is why I experiencing this super sensitive and pain. However, after treatment still not working. not only the affected teeth not getting better, even the original filled teeth started get super sensitive over a month since the filling down. I called clinic to ask Tony contact me again for advises, waited few days he back to me told me how busy he was, then he told me I will need antibiotic for few days. I picked prescription on Saturday morning he told me just take medication and will contact me on coming Friday(there were 5 days medication I need to take). After medication I did not get any better, I waiting for his call on Friday but no one call me I called clinic but have been told he was busy. I called clinic again few times, they said will leave note to him to call me, finally again, I get call from him on Tuesday. He give me many reasons as my teeth originally are bad just unfortunately and coincidentally after he did filling that all bad teeth play up. he means my teeth will have problems anyway just matter of time. also he said he forget to call me because he busy with other patient. Then I lost confident on him I ask him send me a statement i will go to seek second opinion.

From second time visit this clinic to fill my teeth until now I only able to use half side of teeth to chew, I look back what i have experienced in this clinic I am very disappointed, since my decision making to choose this clinic base on Google review so I put on 1 star for other people who like me trust google review. Then after I put 1 star view 2 days later I got call from Dr Tony Cherry yelled at me because he is not happy with my view. and ask me to correctly call him Dr Cherry but not Dr Tony or Tony. Also He changed his word that he did not forget call me on Friday but he was just too busy, then I just do not want keep argue how ignorant he is, how about Saturday? Monday? no one contact me. I am the one keep calling to ask him to call me back. Just want to remain him that I am patient of this clinic too, the one already made payment and still experiencing pain after his practice. And before hang up the phone he complaint that I have been a difficult person.

Sorry. I am not going to change my review. now have to add the reason let people know why I leave 1 star. Be careful the fake review just try to get the rating up to trick people like me who trusted the review!)

Dr Tony is very thorough and gentle in his approach. I usually feel quite nervous, but with his expertise and high skills, I didn't feel a thing. His work is outstanding and he is extremely efficient. The whole team are warm and friendly. I highly recommend him. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Tony was fantastic! Every time I've had an appointment I've been made to feel at ease. He does an outstanding job and explains everything thoroughly. For anyone (like myself) who is nervous about visiting the dentist, I recommend Elwood Family Dentist, friendly and they make you feel very comfortable. 5 stars!

I’ve visited this practice a few times this year, and each time I was treated with excellent standards or care and professionalism. Dr Tony and his team made me feel comfortable and at ease while working on my wisdom teeth; a nerve-wracking procedure. I appreciate their honest approach and openness to discussing future dental procedures in a collaborative way.

Dr Tony was very friendly and did an amazing job. Would recommend his clinic to all my friends, family and everyone who needed to see a good dentist. The place was very calming. Overall experience was perfect.
