  Hello,
  I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Raz, who was very welcoming when I arrived to return my rental.
  
  He checked my car over and was very polite, thorough and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the service he provided. Because I was rushed for work he made sure I was attended to in a quick and timely manner, ensuring the customers around him were also happy and not disgruntled.
  
  He informed me of return times and kept me updated via phone call and text. I would highly recommend SIXT to all my friends & Raz is a great representative of the company, his customer service skills are top.
