Excellent service - cab arrived on-time, very courteous driver, the car was very clean and well presented. Very thankful when currently on crutches and relying on transport. I will use Silver Top again! The App is very user-friendly and informative!

After ringing another service that did not arrive after 1 hour, I contacted SILVER TOP TAXIS.
They arrived in approx 5 minutes. The driver was extremely helpful and polite. He also helped with my luggage.
The car was clean, plus a smooth ride.

Excellent service today! Two extended trips taken, to and from an appointment. Both trips with the same driver who was very friendly, helpful, and respectful of my privacy and space. I'm not one for a chatty ride and felt comfortable in my silence and not pressured into small-talk.
The taxi was just an ordinary cab and could have done with a good refurb but was clean, tidy, and didn't smell always a bonus!!

The driver was very polite and courteous at all times. He drove us from City Melbourne up to the Goulburn Valley region. This would have to be the cleanest and most well kept taxi that I have ever been in. Thank you 😊

They could do much better.
I have always put down on the online booking "Driver Must Assist"
None of the drivers ever go out of their way to assist in any way.
Sometimes they take the booking and change their minds and given a new booking.
You wonder if their Cabs are road worthy, like this one that picked me up, one headlight working.response / report this review
