I had such a great experience with Owners Inspection! First of all, Burak was absolutely amazing. He was so calm and patient in answering all of my questions, and he did an excellent job with the inspection. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Be Careful!!!

For a VCAT expert report (Tribunal report) inspection and cost estimate the total amount I was quoted was $8,700

Stage 1 Inspection $2400+GST

Stage 2 Report: $3,500 + GST

Stage 3 Cost Estimate: $2,800 + GST

After I paid $2,400 for stage 1, I got slammed with $ 6,300 before I could get anything out of the process.

So to get a Vcat expert report and cost estimate Owner inspection was going to charge me $8,700.

The sad thing here is before you know the total cost of the service owner inspections is providing your need to commit to the first stage, in my case it was $2,400 just for the inspector to come out and inspect the property, eventually I couldn’t afford to pay the $6,300 for stage 2 and 3. Therefore my money was wasted.

If there was clarity in the cost involved I wouldn’t wasted $2,400 with owner inspection.

Owner inspection is expensive!!! And not straight forward with their costing.
For the Same job I was quoted $3,000- $5,000. Now I am left hanging!!

Very Professional & highly recommended !

I'm very impressed with the way Owner inspection team managed things right from the beginning. The way this team managed the inspection by working closely with the builder and checking each minute aspects in construction is highly commendable. The final report shared with me was easy to understand and included picture of defects & recommendations. Thanks Owner Inspections team - I'm sure I will use your service again in the near future !

Note: I've attached a pic from report noting cracked tile - I was also attending the inspection and this never came to my attention - Kudos to the inspector !

Satisfied with the PCI report, they picked up the issues which I wouldn't have. Would have been better if they could support me working with the builder too. Definitely picking them again for re-inspection.

We are so lucky to have Owner Inspections to inspect our house building. They are professional and easy to communicate. They are also very responsible to keep reminding our schedules for inspection. And the reports are very detailed, too. Moreover the cost is reasonable. Highly recommended!
