I am very dissapointed with this company.
On Friday 3rd Dec. a wheelchair taxi was booked for 10.30am to drive my mother in law to a medical appointnment scheduled for 11.45am at the San hospital. The Taxi did not turn up! A very stressful experience for the patient and the staff at the age care facility. If a wheel chair taxi was not available, a courtesy call to advise of the unavailability would have been useful.

Horrible cab,this morning I missed my school bus and my parents arranged for a silver taxi to come by to drive me,they assured that it would take 10 minutes to come,didn’t come at all so my parents called the company again,the person who answered said they were trying to call us back to say there wasn’t a cab in area,absolutely lying,my dad was off the phone and available to call for the past 30 minutes where they promise a cab would be by.Do not recommend.

Booked a cab for 1.50pm on Wednesday in Turramurra and was told the driver would call me on approach. It’s Saturday and I’m still waiting for the driver to call me (not really but you catch my drift).
