Unfortunately took over 40 mins for entrees to start. While the menu itself is good, the execution was not up to standard. Scallops undercooked and chicken Caesar salad had too much dressing.

Great service. Food was served quickly and was delicious. Highly recommend the barramundi and salt’n’pepper sqid. Great views of the lagoon, in fact, I went for a quick dip to cool off after eating.

This has been my favourite Cafe Restaurant in Airlie Beach for years now.
Its not just the fantastic food that impresses me, it's the entire feeling of this place- the staff, great cooks & chef, and the loving warmth of the managers/owner.
I've had my best coffees and breakfast at this cafe & am excited to finally have dinner there with the tasty looking new menu.

Honestly if there were an option for 10 stars I would give 10! I cannot recommend this beautiful little place enough.

Great food with friendly service! Kids enjoy the children's menu and everything we ordered was delicious. We had a couple of dinners here on our trip, wish we had found it sooner! Definitely recommend

We had disembarked from the Sun Princess at Airlie Beach, proceeded to the markets and then into the main shopping area. Looking for lunch we decided to stop at the Sidewalk Cafe and Restaurant.
Great decision, ordered 2 fresh fruit bowls with honey mustard. The freshest fruits cut into perfect sizes while we waited a short time and I have to say the best light lunch of this type we have had for a long time.
Highly recommended.

The salmon tasted off, waitress told me it's fresh (let's agree to disagree). Perhaps it's my sophisticated pallet! They did try to resolve the issue without hassle with a frozen Barramundi. You may not get the same issues, but best read the other reviews, that's what motivated me to leave.

I had the grilled fish there while vising in 2016. Most memorable grilled fish I have had in Australia, accompanied with delicious cherry tomatoes. Prices also seem more affordable than in neighbouring outlets.

Came for dinner with a group of mates. Food was average, nothing amazing. Portion sizes were so small, especially for the price you're paying. Mates who ordered the seafood platter said it was great. Pork belly was tender but the skin was more so chewy than crispy. Another mate who ordered the prawn gnocchi said the prawns tastes frozen and the gnocchi was average.

We ordered two beef burgers. Shortly after that one arrived. After asking for the second one it came clear that there was an misunderstanding. So far no big deal, the waitress thought we would share one burger for dinner. They reassured us, that the second burger would be there ASAP. After waiting for something like half an hour (none of the waiters wanted to come to our table) we managed to ask for the second burger again. They forgot it again!! Took some time to get that burger ready. The second burger finaly arrived after 1 h!! I have never experienced something like that again. The waitress who messed all up never excused herself. At least they gave us a 25 % discount on the bill. Burger wasn't worth the wait though.

Went for dinner and the food and service was wonderful. Really enjoyed the pork belly and cocktails. I will definitely go back to this restaurant

Visited twice. For breakfast it was probably our best meal on the trip. Massive portions and quality tasting food (sidewalk breakfast and pancakes). Nice to have wifi for travelers as well. Went for a glass of wine and snack before leaving town. Menu was expensive so only got calamari which was a bit skimpy for the price but no big deal. Recommend stopping here for breakfast to everyone!!
